Visit LAMU

Remains of the old days

- Spend time in old post cards, while enjoying the comfort of today. The island kept all the flavor of the past - walk in the streets, look around and feel in Zanzibar in the 1920s - and at the same time adjusted to the latest hi-tech in terms of comfort and communications.
- Lamu offers many attractive accommodation facilities. A nice place in town, SHUWARI HOUSE. A cosy traditional Swahili stone house, with a garden, at a very affordable price, less than two minutes'walk from the sea front.
